Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2585-CC of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein REGENT PARK VILLAS II ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and NATALIE H. WILSON; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC., AND AMERICAN EXPRESS COMPANY are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11 am on the 12 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 2001, Regent Park Villas 2, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 5, Regent Park Replat, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 14, pages 57 and 58 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; run South 89°06'09” East for 471.03 feet to the Southerly extension of the Westerly line of Lot 2001 and the centerline of an interior wall; thence run North 00°53'51” East along said centerline for 18.23 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 2001 for the Point of Beginning, thence continue North 00°53'51” East, along said centerline for 62.83 feet; thence run South 89Ëš06'09” East 26.00 feet to the intersection with the extension of the exterior surface of an exterior wall; thence run South 00°53'51” West along said exterior surface for 62.83 feet; thence run North 89Ëš06'09” West for 26.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
