notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated November 14th, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-002143 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB7, Plaintiff and Mary Ellyn D'Andrea and Mary Kay Andriopoulos are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on December 14th, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 167, BLOCK J, OF LAUREL LAKES PHASE THREE AT LAURELWOOD, A PUD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 8 THROUGH 10, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
