NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 14 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-009648, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P, F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and NATALIE HIRSCH A/K/A NATALIE J. HIRSCH; SWEETWATER BAY VIII AT STERLING OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NATALIE HIRSCH A/K/A NATALIE J. HIRSCH and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 203, BUILDING 28, SWEETWATER BAY VIII AT STERLING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3367, PAGE 2611, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
