NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated November 15, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2011-CA-001899, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY,TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JANUARY 1, 2007 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-HE1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HE1 is Plaintiff, and BONNIE E. BRENNAN, LAKEVIEW AT CARLTON LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC AND CARLTON LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 on the 14 day of December, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

C-18-102, LAKEVIEW IV AT CARLTON LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR LAKEVIEW IV AT CARLTON LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2472, PAGE 3172, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AMENDED BY CERTIFICATE OF MENDMENT(SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION BUILDING C-17) RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2497, PAGE 2945, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AMENDED BY CERTIFICATEAMENDMENT(SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION BUILDING C-18) RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2505, PAGE 0313, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
