NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated November 15, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2011-CA-000866, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-NC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC1 is Plaintiff, and CANDACE J. FITZPATRICK F/K/A CANDACE J. PEWANICK, MARK A. PEWANICK, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A DITECH AND THE COURTYARDS AT QUAIL WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 on the 14th day of December, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3-A, BUILDING 3, THE COURTYARDS AT QUAIL WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2227, PAGES 1416 THROUGH 1496, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.

This property is located at the Street address of: 4115 Covey Run, Naples, FL 34109.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
