NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 07, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-022304-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, LLC is Plaintiff and DELROY A. JOHNSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DELROY A. JOHNSON, IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PAULA A. JOHNSON; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; NORTH SHORE AT LAKE HART HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 05 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, NORTH SHORE AT LAKE HART PARCEL 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 134 THROUGH 137, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
