NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 31, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-038232-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY F/K/A BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF VENDEE MORTGAGE TRUST 1998-1 is Plaintiff and FEDMAN ENTERPRISES, INC.; ERIC S. FEDRICK, SR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERICK S. FEDRICK, SR. IF ANY; AUDREY FEDRICK AKA AUDREY P. FEDRICK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AUDREY FEDRICK AKA AUDREY P. FEDRICK IF ANY; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; CURRENT TENANTS; are defendants.
