NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 25, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-023794-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. AMTRUST BANK is Plaintiff and JEFFREY L. KRASELSKY A/K/A JEFFERY L. KRASELSKY A/K/A LOUIS JEFFREY KRASELSKY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY L. KRASELSKY A/K/A JEFFERY L. KRASELSKY A/K/A LOUIS JEFFREY KRASELSKY; TRAMPAS RIGGS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRAMPAS RIGGS; IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WINDSOR PLACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 27 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, WINDSOR PLACE, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 81 AND 82 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
