NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF WINTER GARDEN, FLORIDA
Notice is hereby given that the City of Winter Garden Planning and Zoning Board will, on December 5, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon after as possible, hold a public hearing in the City Commission Chambers located at 300 W. Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL in order to review a Special Exception Permit request for property located at 704 South Dillard Street, in Winter Garden, Florida. This Special Exception Permit, if approved will allow for an Automobile Sales and Service facility.
Any and all objections will be heard at this time. If no valid objections are presented to the contrary, consideration will be given for granting this request. You are advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at such hearing, then they will need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
