NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-39141, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS, CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-18CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-18CB is the Plaintiff and SHERRALL D BASS A/K/A SHERRALL DENISE ELKINS OR SHERRALL COLLIER; MARCUS ELKINS; and unknown spouse of manuela i. shulze in possession of the subject property are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 19th day of December, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 85, LAUREL HILLS SUBDIVISION UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 118, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
