MAJNARICH; WELLS FARGO BANK N.A.; THE WAVERLY ON LAKE EOLA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A BRIAN GEIGER, and TENANT #2 N/K/A DAVID WOLF are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on October 20, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
