and commonly known as: 2706 NAN DR, OCOEE, FL 34761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on October 31, 2011 at 11 A.M.
