NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-028679 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and LYNN DEGROFF, LEMON TREE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., HERBERT DEGROFF A/K/A HERBERT C. DEGROFF and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 27th day of October, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 3206 IN BUILDING 32, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE LAND, COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF LEMON TREE - SECTIONS VI, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3580, AT PAGE 823 AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3827, PAGE 3703 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
