NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 19th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-20366-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN
SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and LUIS RUBIO A/K/A LUIS G RUBIO, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION, AN ARIZONA CORPORATION, ORANGE COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and CARMEN VARGAS; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 21 day of November, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, OF EDEN'S HAMMOCK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, AT PAGE(S) 134 THROUGH 143, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
