NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 20th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-34603, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-86CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-86CB is the Plaintiff and THOMAS D. MOFFETT; BRIDGEWATER VILLAGE MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; PROVIDENCE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS D. MOFFETT; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 25 day of October, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 176, PROVIDENCE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 3 THROUGH 12 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
