NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 8, 2011, in Case No. 2010-CA-010089 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor By Merger With Amsouth Bank And Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Wesley Kier, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 1st day of November, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE NE CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, RUN N 88 DEG. 59'07” W, ALONG THE SECTION LINE, 332.59 FEET; THENCE S. 0 DEG. 03' 31” W, 391.82 FEET; THENCE N 88 DEG. 59' 07” W, 20.00 FEET FOR A P.O.B.; THENCE CONTINUE N 88 DEG. 59' 07” W, 144.27 FEET,; THENCE S. 0 DEG. 03' 46” W, 60.00 FEET; THENCE S. 88 DEG. 59' 07” E, 144.22 FEET; THENCE N. 0 DEG. 03' 31” E, 60.00 FEET TO THE P.O.B., PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
