LUDWIG A/K/A BERNARD JOSEPH LUDWIG A/K/A BERNARD LUDWIG ,DECEASED; JOSEPH B. LUDWIG, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF BERNARD J. LUDWIG A/K/A BERNARD JOSEPH LUDWIG A/K/A BERNARD LUDWIG, DECEASED; JAMES T. THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT E, BUILDING 3540, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BERMUDA BAY BEACH CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS, BOOK 5416, PAGE 1159, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 64, PAGES 74 THROUGH 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
