NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. ,10-9926-CO-42 of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HARBOUR TOWNE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION,INC., is Plaintiff, and ANA G. BROWN and MICHAEL BROWN, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 18, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 103, Building 360, HARBOUR TOWNE, a Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of HARBOUR TOWNE, a Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4824, Page 78-154 and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 32, Page 112-125, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
