NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No.: 10-15291CI-19, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HENRY DAVID HELMS and JAMES DAVID MIDDLETON, are the Plaintiffs, and FRANK J. MORESCHI, RICHARD M. KELLY, AMERICAN EXPRESS TRAVEL RELATED SERVICES COMPANY, INC., a New York corporation, AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK CORPORATION, a Utah corporation, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (USA), HOLIDAY SHORES PARK, INC., a Florida corporation and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online foreclosure sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 152, Holiday Shores Park, Inc., and unrecorded cooperative, upon real property described as Lots 19 and 20, TAYLOR MANOR SUBDIVISION; Lots 27 and 28, PINELLAS GROVES SUBDIVISION and the southwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 15, Township 30 south, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida; together with one share common stock of Holiday Shores Park, Inc., a Florida corporation, being Certificate No. 465-B and improvements on Lot 152 consisting of 1971 Chatham mobile home with Florida Title Nos. 4716918 and 4716919 and VINS 41930A and 41930B.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
