NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-014808-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Stephen P. Kressevich a/k/a Steve P. Kressevich and Amy E. Kressevich, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 29, HARBOR GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 125, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
