NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 3, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-017767, DIVISION: 011, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pineallas County, Florida, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2007-WMC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 200-WMC1, is Plaintiff and MIGUEL SERRA; ET AL., are Defendants.
Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 A.M., on the 28th day of October, 2011 at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
