NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 31, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2010-CA-005189, DIVISION: 020, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2005-2 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-2 is Plaintiff, and DAKESIA E. CAMPBELL AND GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 17th day of October, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 69, WHISPERING PINES ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 2007 Whispering Pines Street, Largo, FL 33774.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of records as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
