BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1 OF HARBOR OAKS UNIT I, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 31 AND 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS A POINT OF BEGINNING AND RUN; THENCE N 0° 16'44” E, 45.0 FEET, THENCE S 89° 43'05” E, 72.52 FEET; THENCE S 0° 16'44”E, 45.0 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1, THENCE N 89° 43'05”W, 72.52 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 2, BLOCK 1, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
