NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated October 19, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 08012103CI, DIVISION: 13 , of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff, and WALTER KEITH KEEHNLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WALTER KEITH KEEHNLE, IF ANY; ANY AND ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN
INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE ND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 26th day of October, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 12, BLOSSOM LAKE VILLAGE, SECTION IV, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of records as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
