NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-001294(F) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the registered holders of New Century Home equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-B, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is Plaintiff and Robert J. Waterston IV, Terra Martin, and Dino Canley are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 4th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Block D, Hudson HEIGHTS, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 31, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 3725 18th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33713
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff' mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
