NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26,2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-10346-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Townhomes at Millbrooke Ranch Property owners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Michael F. Mosca, Laura N. Mosca and Tenant are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on Friday, December 2, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 20, Townhomes at Millbrooke Ranch, a replat of Ranch Lake Estates, Lot 18, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 126, Pages 43 through 45, inclusive and recorded in Plat Book 128, Page 79 through 81, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
