NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-012889, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and DAVID E. DUFF A/K/A DAVID DUFF, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EASTERLY 17 FEET OF THE WESTERLY 40 FEET OF LOT 7 AND ALL OF LOT 8, ALL IN BLOCK “G” OF FLORIDENA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A 10 FOOT WIDE STRIP ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY AND EXTENDING NORTH 135 FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT SEVEN IN BLOCK “G” OF FLORIDENA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
