NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-000392, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-NC5 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and SHANNON SUTTON; CHRISTOPHER R. SUTTON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR IRWIN UNION BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, R.E. ROBERTSON'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
