NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 20, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 08-7417 CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BANK OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2003-4 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2003-4, is the Plaintiff and UY-VIEN NGUYEN A/K/A UYVIEN G. NGUYEN; BANK OF AMERICA; VILLAGE LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JULIE RODRIJUEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on November 4, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
A CONDOMINIUM UNIT DESIGNATED AS BUILDING NO. 781, UNIT NO. 101B, OF VILLAGE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, DATED MARCH 2, 1979, AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4829, PAGE 464, AND ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 11 THROUGH 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL, OF THE APPURTENANCES THERETO, ALL ACCORDING TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AS AMENDED. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
