YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in PINELLAS County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 506 of PARK CENTRAL TOWERS, A Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, including all of its exhibits recorded in O.R. Book 4009, pages 1143-1215, inclusive, Clerk's Instrument number 73040885, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and according to Condominium Plat Book 13, pages 64-66 inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided 1,362% share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
A perpetual and non-exclusive easement in common with, but not limited to, all other owners of undivided interest in the improvements upon the land above described for ingress and egress and use of all passageways as well as common areas and facilities upon the land above described.
