Final Judgment was awarded on September 1, 2010 in Civil Case No. 10010350CI 15, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, KAREN COMBERGER A/K/A KAREN M. COMBERGER; CARL COMBERGER A/K/A CARL P. COMBERGER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on November 1, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 70 OF HIGHLAND ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
