NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order ReSetting the Foreclosure dated September 22, 2011, and entered in 52-2010-CA-002363 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and IRENE DRAZEK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IRENE DRAZEK; BAYPOINTE PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; INC; JOHN DOE N/K/A BRANDON ROBERTS; JANE DOE N/K/A KELLY REDOUTY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00am on November 4, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1108, BUILDING 100, BAYPOINTE PRESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WIHT AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 15132, PAGE 736, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
