NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09022630CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NA, is Plaintiff, and JENNIFER CAREY KICKHAM, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CLUSTER HOMES- UNIT TWO, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in plat Book 77, page 32 to 34, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
