Lot 43, together with the West 4.5 feet of Lot 42, TOWNHOMES OF COUNTRYSIDE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 97, Pages 39 and 40, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2861 Thaxton Drive, #43, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 18, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
