Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 31, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NUMBER 3002, TOGETHER WITH APPURTENANCES THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TARPON HIGHLANDS AT LAKE TARPON SAIL & TENNIS CLUB II, A CONDOMINIUM, AND RELATED DOCUMENTS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16050, PAGES 269 THROUGH 342, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 152, PAGES 19 THROUGH 29, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 94 S HIGHLAND AVE, TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34689; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
