NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-12034-CI-8 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CENTENNIAL BANK, is the Plaintiff, and URBAN VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT, INC., MICHAEL W. CUMMINGS, JUDITH ANN WRIGHT-CUMMINGS and BPC TRI-STAR, INC, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am EST on the 31st day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 21, ST. PETERSBURG, INVESTMENT COMPANY SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page(s) 16, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
