CITY OF DUNEDIN Architectural Design Services for the Replacement of Fire Station #61 rfp 11-947
The City of Dunedin, Florida will accept qualifications statements and proposals from CONSULTANTS qualified to provide architectural design services required for the design of a replacement fire station. The City intends to replace Fire Station #61 located at 1940 Ed Eckert Drive Dunedin, FL. 34698. The new fire station will be located at the corner of Ed Eckert Drive and Michigan Blvd. The new fire station shall be compliant with all NFPA, State, County, City and all other code/legal requirements. The selected CONSULTANT will also be responsible for providing a detailed and reasonable cost estimate for the construction of the new fire station. The RFP can be picked up at the address below. The RFP's are due no later than the time and date noted above. Any RFP's received after that time and date will not be opened. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days, from the opening date, without the consent of the City of Dunedin, Florida.
