NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-006649-CO-042 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Woodside Village Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and NANCY M. JAMISON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY M. JAMISON; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18th day of November, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit Number 1003B, WOODSIDE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of Woodside Village, a Condominium as recorded in O.R. book 4861, Pages 1517 through 1586, inclusive, and as shown by Plat Plans of the Condominium recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 78 through 86 inclusive, all of the public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 4215 East Bay Drive #1003B Clearwater, FL 33762.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
