NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 9, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-003540WS, DIVISION: J2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ABFC 2007-WMC1 TRUST ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-WMC1 is Plaintiff, and JEFFREY L. BROCKMAN, UNIVERSAL MORTGAGE & FINANCE, INC., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WATERS EDGE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 20th day of October, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 709, OF WATERS EDGE THREE, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE(S) 111 THROUGH 125, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
