COMMENCE at the most Northerly corner of LOT 2031 of said BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 11C for a Point of Beginning: thence run along the boundary line between LOTS 2031 and 2032 of said BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 11C, South 10º30'00” East, a distance of 111.50 feet to the most Easterly corner of said LOT 2032; thence North 12º02'28” West, a distance of 115.96 feet to the Southerly rightof-way line of Avondale Lane as shown on the plat of said BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 11C; thence along the Southerly rightofway line of said Avondale Lane, a distance of 5.42 feet along the arc of a curve to the right to the Point of Beginning, said curve having a radius of 25.00 feet and a chord of 5.41 feet which bears South 45º41'10” East.
