Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida; I will sell the property situated in PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA described as:
Lot 1185 of SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES, Unit 5A, PHASE 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 73 thru 75, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
and commonly known as: 7724 Arlight Dr., New Port Richey, FL 34655, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on October 25, 2011, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
