Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2010, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-004055-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 02 day of November, 2011, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 299, A REPLAT OF A REPLAT OF LAKE PADGETT SOUTH, UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 38 THROUGH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
