The plaintiff has instituted this action against you seeking to foreclose a mortgage with respect to the property described below.

Unit 442 of EAGLES NEST CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 7219, Page(s) 96, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
