Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered April 5, 2011, in Case No. 2010-CA-009100 and the Order Re-Setting Foreclosure Sale, entered September 27, 2011, in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which TIB BANK is the Plaintiff and JVC INVESTMENTS OF NAPLES INCORPORATED, JOE CRACIUN a/k/a TRANDAFIR J. CRACIUN, VERNA CRACIUN a/k/a VESNA CRACIUN, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder, at a sale to be conducted via the Clerk of Pasco County's online foreclosure system at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on November 1, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, the following-described property set forth in Exhibit 1 attached hereto, and said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure.

For a point of reference, commence at the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 26 South, Range 20 East, Pasco County, Florida; run thence North 0Ëš 17' 43” East, along the West boundary of said Section 7, a distance of 1336.37 feet to a point on the Northerly right of way line of State Road No. 54; thence South 77Ëš 28' 17” East, along said Northerly right of way line of State Road No. 54, a distance of 457.42 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the left, having a radius of 1859.86 feet and a central angle of 30Ëš 56' 30”; thence along the Northerly right of way line of State Road No. 54, 1001.14 feet along the arc of said curve, a chord bearing and distance of North 87Ëš 06' 28” East, 989.10 feet to the point of tangency of said curve; thence North 71Ëš41'13” East, along the Northerly right of way line of State Road No. 54, a distance of 150.47 feet for a Point of Beginning; continue thence North 71Ëš 41' 13” East, along the Northerly right of way line of State Road No. 54, a distance of 200.00 feet; thence North 31Ëš 18' 47” West, a distance of 400.00 feet; thence South 71Ëš 29' 37” West, a distance of 202.51 feet to a point on a curve to the right, having a radius of 370 feet; thence 43.84 feet along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 6Ëš 47' 20”, a chord bearing and distance of South 34Ëš 42' 27” East, 43.81 feet to the point of tangency of said curve; thence South 31Ëš 18' 47” East, a distance of 356.16 feet to the Point of Beginning,
LESS AND EXCEPT therefrom that certain parcel of land designated as Parcel 108 vested in Pasco County by the Order of Taking recorded in Official Records Book 7950, page 957 and the Stipulated Final Judgment recorded in Official Records Book 8370, page 130,4, public records of Pasco County, Florida.
