NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-CC-021309-K, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PANTHER TRACE TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM A. CRAIN is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 28th day of October, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 10, PANTHER TRACE PHASE 1 TOWNHOMES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 102, Pages 65-77, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
