NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a order resetting sale of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-12444-CC-L, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HICKORY LAKE ESTATES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and GARY T. WELCH is Defendant. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 21 day of October, 2011, at 2 p.m. the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 30, Block 1, HICKORY LAKES PHASE 1, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 82, Page 13 as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, said land situate, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
