NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure ?? and an Order Resetting Sale dated September 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-27961 DIV B UCN: 292009CA027961XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-9 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-9 is Plaintiff and NICHOLAS HAYNES A/K/A NICHOLAS E. HAYNES; LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 14th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 10452, BUILDING 44, OF LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14750, PAGES 34 THROUGH 162, AND MODIFIED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14481, PAGES 1968 THROUGH 1970, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND TO INCLUDE THAT CERTAIN CARPORT MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS 45-F.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
