Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in September 20, 2011 this cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida; I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Condominium Parcel Unit No. 1304, Building No. 1, of HARBOUR COURT, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, Page(s) 23 and 42, respectively, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4991, Page 369 et seq, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 1002 South Harbour Island Blvd. #1304, Tampa FL 33062, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602, on 24 October, 2011, at 10:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
