NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 20 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-016788 Division A of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and R. CRAIG HARRIS and ISRAEL KUDMAN, REBECCA KUDMAN, 8982 IRON OAK AVE, LLC, JOHN TENANT a/k/a GULSHAN LALL and JANE TENANT a/k/a RENNA SHARMA are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the George Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 10:00 AM on October 24, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 50, LIVE OAK PRESERVE PHASE 1E, VILLAGE 8, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 22, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
