Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 24, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 101, BUILDING 800, POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES III, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3999, PAGE 3731, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 12970 POSITANO CIR, NAPLES, FL 34105; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on October 24, 2011 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
